  2. Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products such as customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  2. Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
    • For other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid return label.

Exchanges
