We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues that you may have with the delivered product. We will automatically issue refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- The item or print is damaged or defective.
- We have made a mistake in what you have received
- The design or size is significantly different from what was ordered.
2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
If you encounter any issues with your order, please report them within 14 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return or refund request, email us at support@outdoortees.co with the following details:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the defect or problem with the item.
3. Return Postage Policy
We strive to make the return process fair and straightforward. Our return postage policy is as follows:
β We will cover the return postage costs if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
- You received the wrong item or size due to an error on our part.
β You will be responsible for return postage if:
- You are returning the item for personal reasons (e.g., changing your mind).
- The issue is not related to a fault on our end.
In cases where return postage is the responsibility of the customer, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
π 4. Refund and Replacement Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or replacement.
- Refunds: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Replacements: If a replacement is approved, we will begin production immediately and dispatch the new item within 2-4 business days.

We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order.
- Customer Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as production may have already started.
