If your order is canceled, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

2.3 Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel an order within 3 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may not be possible as production may have already started.

Since all items are print-on-demand, production typically takes 2-4 business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

3.2 Design Variations
Please note that minor variations in color or design may occur due to differences in printing techniques or monitor settings.

4.1 Return Policy
Provided you have adhered to the reporting timeframe we will be happy to refund the cost of the item on it's arrival back to us. If we are at fault then we will pay the return postage but if the fault is not ours then the customer will bear the cost of the postage.

4.2 Return Postage Refund Eligibility
We will pay the return postage if:

  • The item or print is damaged or defective.
  • The design is significantly different from what was ordered.

4.3 Timeframe for Reporting Issues
All refund or replacement requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
